Born from Crisis.
Built by Community.
S.O.H2O is a grassroots movement dedicated to protecting water, demanding justice, and educating the public on PFAS contamination in Marinette and beyond.

The Impact of PFAS On
Our Communities
PFAS pollution has contaminated drinking water, rivers, and farmland across Wisconsin—affecting families, farmers, and entire communities. These toxic chemicals don’t break down over time, so exposure keeps building. PFAS are linked to cancer, immune system issues, and developmental delays in children.
Now, families are left making impossible choices—how to access clean water, protect their health, and hold polluters accountable. S.O.H2O responds with education, advocacy, and action to ensure every Wisconsinite has access to safe drinking water.
About Us
Our Mission is to educate and advocate for clean, safe water in the surrounding communities of North Eastern Wisconsin and the U.S.
